By registering and using CTManpower, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of Platform

CTManpower is a cloud-based manpower management platform for recruitment agencies. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

  • You must provide accurate information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not share your login credentials with unauthorized persons
  • You must not use the platform for any illegal activities

3. Subscription & Payment

  • A 7-day free trial is offered to all new users — no credit card required
  • After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the platform
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated in our Refund Policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4. Data Ownership

All data entered by you (candidates, employers, documents, etc.) remains your property. CTManpower does not claim ownership of your data. However, we may use anonymized data for platform improvement.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6. Suspension & Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
  • Accounts with overdue payments will be automatically suspended
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion

7. Limitation of Liability

CTManpower shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
