🎁 We offer a 7-day free trial to all new users — no credit card required. This allows you to fully evaluate CTManpower before making any payment.

1. Free Trial

  • All new accounts get a 7-day free trial
  • No credit card is required during the trial
  • Full access to all features during the trial period
  • No charges if you cancel before the trial ends

2. Subscription Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly
  • Payment is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking via Razorpay

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience a critical technical issue that prevents platform use and we are unable to resolve it within 7 days, you are eligible for a full refund of that month's subscription.
  • Double Charge: If you are accidentally charged twice, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
  • Within 24 hours: If you request a refund within 24 hours of your first payment (after trial), we will process a full refund.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds are not provided if you simply change your mind after 24 hours
  • Partial month refunds are not provided
  • Refunds are not provided for accounts suspended due to policy violations
